How do you manage your morning dressing time now? Did you try on clothes one after the other, trying to find a magic combination that didn't make you feel sloppy? Did you rummage through the closet to find a shirt that would go with your dress pants, only to give up and settle for everyday jeans and a shirt? Is it already twenty minutes too late, but you have rejected your fourth choice and are still desperately looking for another possible match? These are all portraits of those sweaty, painful dressing sessions. Such a process rarely leads to satisfactory results.

Allow me to provide a new paradigm. You walk calmly to your wardrobe, which is roughly sorted by color and category (dresses, trousers, shirts, skirts). According to the mood of the day and the schedule of activities of the day, you lock in a certain color. Ask yourself: Would you like to wear pants, a skirt, or a dress today? Then you decide what to wear based on your thoughts, the weather, and the schedule of the day. Once you make a decision, you stick with it. (Once we rule out clothes that don't have a reason to wear, this decision becomes easy.) Build on that decision and work your way up bit by bit.

Throw away clothes that don't fit you or that don't accentuate your strengths, and your selection process becomes much easier. You'll have time to think about how to match the items on your body to attract attention, rather than spending a lot of time finding a piece of clothing that you can barely wear. Should I wear that silk shirt with a long cotton sweatshirt, or opt for something airy with a structured little suit? Wear a pair of sexy red shoes with dark grey trousers, or wear the same shade but with jewelry and makeup accents? Wear that cocktail party dress with a denim jacket and high-heeled booties, or a pair of black leggings with a blazer and pumps? It all depends on what you expect your clothes to convey.

Over time, you will master all kinds of good-looking clothing combinations and record them in your fashion handbook. Practice this way and you'll discover new ways to match your outfits. You may be pleasantly surprised to find that a new item can transform an old piece of clothing.

If you're not a morning person (many people don't), consider how waking up in a bad mood can affect your decision-making process. Given the importance of these decisions and how they affect you throughout the day, try to find a suit that suits you as much as possible.

So either don't be afraid and face it with optimism, or prepare it the night before so you can get fifteen minutes of extra sleep.

All clothes must fit as if they were made for you. Tailored means a great fit. The fit of clothes is no accident. The more clearly we can see your figure, the better looking you will be. why? If you wear clothes that don't fit, you will inevitably look sloppy, as if you borrowed them from someone else and wore it unintentionally. Worse still, the clothes seem to be tormenting you, as if the clothes make you uncomfortable.

Most obviously, ill-fitting clothing doesn't accentuate your strengths. No matter what size you're wearing or what your body shape is, well-fitting clothes can convey that you're confident in your figure. However, ill-fitting clothing conveys a sense of uncertainty and lack of confidence. Clothes that are loose and draped (rather than elegant, flowing clothes) can conjure up the question: "What is she hiding?" Clothes that are too small can look fat and send the message that you may not fully understand your size.
