Q1: Why Can't I Pay Successfully?

Now we only support pay through Paypal. You can pay with your credit card through Paypal too. Pls change other payment method or other credit card to try, pls contact us if you still can’t pay. Our email address is: customer@jurllyshe.com. We will be glad to help you.

Q2: How Long Is The Delivery Time?

1) Clothes order:

I am in USA: Normally, It will take about 3-7 working days to process your order due to manufacturing operation and plenty of orders. (excluding weekends and holidays). It will take 5-15 working days to deliver for the standard shipping after we ship out, it will take 5-10 working days to deliver for the express shipping.

I am in other countries: Normally, It will take about 3-7 working days to process your order due to manufacturing operation and plenty of orders. (excluding weekends and holidays). It will take 5-10 working days to deliver after we ship out.

2) Human hair order:

I am in USA: Normally, It will take about 3-7 working days to process your order due to manufacturing operation and plenty of orders. (excluding weekends and holidays). It will take 4-6 working days for the standard shipping after we ship out, it will take 1-3 working days to deliver for the express shipping.

I am in other countries: Normally, It will take about 3-7 working days to process your order due to manufacturing operation and plenty of orders. (excluding weekends and holidays). It will take 7-10 working days to deliver after we ship out.

Note1:Due to the processing time will be affected by the order quantity,[we will ship in order]. and the shipping time may be affected by flight and customs clearance, so the delivery time may be delayed, pls contact us if you are worried. Note2: It will take about 3-7  business days to ship if you place the order for clothing & human hair at the same time because we will ship your order out two different warehouse. And you will receive at least two packages since hair and clothing are packaged separately.

Q3: Why Has My Order Not Been Shipped?

Normally, It will take about 3-7 working days to process your order due to manufacturing operation and plenty of orders.

If your waiting time is longer than 7 working days, it may caused by 2 reasons:

1.The items you buy are very popular, and they are out of stock now. The production department will need longer time to produce. Usually we will contact you by email if the processing time is over 7 days.

2.There are something wrong with your personal information. Usually we will contact you by email at once and wait for your reply. So please check your email first. If you do not receive our email, please email us. We would glad to answer for you.

Q4: Why Is The Tracking Number Not Working Or Shipping Information Not Update?

There are no further updates from the shipping company due to your package is in transit(Usually they are waiting for flight or are under customs clearance ). Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update. It may take a couple of days ( 1-3 days), Pls 

contactcustomer service if it was not updated within 5 days.

Q5.:Why Was My Package Delivered, But I Didn't Receive It?

Reason1:Your package has not been delivered, The logistics information has been shown the package was delivered, but the actual delivery has been delayed, pls contact the local post office to confirm.

Reason2:Your package has been delivered, may the courier put your package into your mailbox, or front, pls find the package carefully, you can ask your neighbors or friends to see if someone picked up your package for you.

Reason3: You items may get lost, you still can’t find your package if you already have done everything. we suggest you open the case with the local post and provide us the case number. We will contact the logistic company and police to solve for you.

Q6: How Do I Change Or Cancel My Order?

Pls contact the customer service [customer@jurllyshe.com]to change or cancel your order before your order is shipped. Once it is be sent, we can’t do any change or cancel.

Q7: How Can I Change My Shipping Information?

If you placed an order with the wrong address, we could change it for you if the order hasn’t been processed. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changed. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you input the wrong information.

Q8: What Is Your Return Policy? How Can I Return?

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days when you get your items. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the corresponding original packaging included. If we can’t sell

it again,we won’t refund or exchange for you. If you want to return, Please contact us via email customer@jurllyshe.com
