  • Why has my order not been delivered for a long time?

    Normally owing to we have a high volume of orders to process, our processing time is 3-7 business days.

    If your waiting time is longer than 7 days, it may caused by 2 reasons.

    1. The items you buy are out of stock.

    2.There are something wrong with your personal information.

  • Where do you shipping to?

    We ship to all 50 United States, U.S. Virgin Island, United Kingdom, France, and Canada, etc. Prices listed on the website are in US Dollars and will be charged in US Dollars for all orders placed.

  • Why is the tracking number not working or shipping information not update?

    There are no further updates from the shipping company due to your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.It may take a couple of days ( 1-3 days)

  • Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees?

    The prices which you paid on jurllyshe do not include tax. It depends on the different customs policy(Especially for EUROPEAN countries) and should be paid by buyer.As the seller, we will try to help you to avoid the taxes, but we can not guarantee how much do you need to pay.

  • What should I do if I did not get my order but it shows delivered or returned back?

    Packages might be delivered to your mailbox or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check in your mailbox and with your neighbors first, If you cannot find it, check for your package with the shipping company then. If you still cannot find your package either, please do not hesitate to Contact Us!

    Normally, the package will return back to us due to the wrong or incomplete address, Invalid phone number and Unable to deliver.

    We will resend the new package to you if the package returned back to us!

  • What is your return policy?

    If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 10 days when you get your items.

    Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, and have the corresponding original packaging included (according to SKU) . Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

    If we can’t sell it again, we won’t refund or exchange for you.

Human Hair

  • What is your quality of your hair?

    Our hair is 100% human virgin hair, cut the hair directly from young girl donor and bundle it as ponytails to obtain the very best hair (with cuticle intact and facing the same direction). Tangle-free and minimum shedding.

  • How many OZ come in one bundle?

    About 3.6 OZ for one bundle of Brazilian, Peruvian, Indian, Malaysian hair. And about 95-100 gram for each bundle.

  • How many bundles do I need to complete a full sew-in?

    Normally, three bundles are enough for a standard head but it should according to your head size.

    We suggest you add more one or two bundles if you like the fuller look when you choose the longer length over 18 Inch.

  • Does the hair have a smell?

    The hair only deal with the disinfection and nutrition treatment after collected from donors to keep the hair clean and nutritious, normally there will be a smell of shampoo and oil. But after you washed the hair, then the smell will be gone.

  • Why there is Grey hair?

    All virgin hair is unavoidable to have a few strands of grey hair because of the donor’s health condition.We usually pick the grey hair up in production, but we can not guarantee 100% no grey hair. If you really don’t like it, just take it off the bundle.
