Return Policy

Return Process:

1. Contact us to get the return address and instructions via email: customer@jurllyshe.com

2. Pack your return item(s)with the original packing, and keep all item(s) in good condition.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office within 7 days.

4. After returning, provide the return receipt from the shipping company indicating the tracking number of your returns, indicate the returned item(s), and the reason.

5. After our warehouse receives your return package, they will check it in 1-3 business days normally.

6. Then we will process the refund for you right away.

 

Important Notice

1. Item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any item(s) that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, including lingerie, swimwear, beauty items, Lucky Bags, masks, protective equipment, items with non-returnable marks, and free gifts, please contact our Support Center first for the above items if they have issues.

2. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

3. Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive a refund for any non-eligible items returned.

4. Please make sure you don't include non-Jurllyshe items in your return package by accident. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.

5. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

6. Return Shipping Fee: If the return is due to the buyer's reasons, the customer bears the shipping cost; if it’s the merchant's responsibility, such as quality problems, or damages, the merchant bears the cost. 

 

FAQs:

1. How long can I return the items?

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you've received all your items to make a return. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of delivery. 

2. Can I get/purchase a return shipping label?

So sorry we can not offer return labels now, customers can just return packages to us via the local post office.

3. Can I exchange items?

Unfortunately, we don't offer exchanges at the moment, but you can place a new order and initiate a return. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned package.

4. Where should I return the package?

Contact our customer service to get the return address. Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

5. When will I receive the refund?

Refund will be processed within 1-3 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your Jurllyshe Wallet and the original payment account according to your payment with us. Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable. Returning shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. delivery.

PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Quadpay refunds: Up to 13 days

Klarna refunds: Between 2-5 business days

Afterpay refunds: The next settlement date

Credit card refunds: Between 7-15 business days

Jurllyshe Wallet refunds: Up to 24 hours
